I have had these for this season. I put these on my Lib Tec Skunk Ape 165. Just to add what I paired them with. I ride the DC Judge Boa for a boot. Great response with my new set up this year. I ride all mountain and mainly in off beat areas almost back country. I ride hard and I need response when I need it. I have broken every other binding I have ever used in the first year except the ride bindings I had last. They lasted me 2 seasons before I blew out a strap on a deep powder turn. I am a 6'2" 225 male that is built like a linebacker and so I can put a lot of force in every turn if I need. I was skeptical to go back to a poly base plate since the last 3 that swore they would stay broke in half. I have loved the comfort the response and the lighter weight than that of the aluminum. I say if there is any question get them. I am beyond pleased so far. For those talking Burton, I may be bias, but I have never found anything I have bought from them that has lasted. I buy nice and expect results. In this one I would 100% say you are choosing what you want.

I want a good freeride, all-mountian binding. I just bought a skunk ape by lib tec. I am 6'2" 220 lbs and want a good sturdy responsive binding. I live at the mouth of the cottonwoods in utah and love getting out on good snow days on my own but have many friends come visit when it is only groomer runs. Please help me find the right one during the summer/spring so I can get the best deal. I care not about being last years model I just want the right set up.
