The burton Guide gloves are everything you'd expect out of a top of the line snowboard glove. The insulation keeps the temperature regulated well, while wicking moisture. The Leather is soft and seems very durable and will probably last a few years of abuse. The gloves come with leather waterproofing for the leather, don't forget to put it on, also buy some from while you're at it. It's less than $10 and will last years.
Just like normal Burton gloves, the fit is small. I normally wear a size Large glove and I fit into the Burton XL's perfectly. If in doubt, go a size up with these.

My hands were a little on the cold side when the temp dipped to -15c. These aren't warm and toasty, but they'll do the job for most conditions.
The gloves fit well under the cuff and are a breeze to take on and off through the day. I ski with 2 kids, so I'm always taking my gloves off to help them.
