Many thanks tripleS... I found this unit to be skinny on reviews so am wondering how well it stacks against the Ortovox S1+ and others.

is this the 2013 or 2014 model?
At 6.5" and slim one can imagine, getting the right length in board pants is nearly impossible.
Thankfully, 686 Smarty's were available and have and were taking care of those of us with inseams above 'average'.
Drawbacks... you get one color, black, and they no longer make these. Lame.
Anyway, I've managed to get mine and they are sweet.
Hopefully the manufacturer's pull their heads out by the next time I need some new threads.
Can anyone tell me what the diff is between the Prophecy and Phenom Smith Turbo series goggles? I've been looking at the Phenom Turbo; however, I don't see the option for the Sensor Mirror lens on them like I do with the Prophecy. If no diff's then I can make a decision.
These gloves are killer and fit the bill for cold back country days or bluebird spring days. The removable inner gloves are a sweet extra deal.
These boots are dope and comfortable enough to hike to the silliest backcountry spots then tighten up the boa and your heel is in good hands sitting tight with the rest of your gear as you slurp up the pow. These are true to size and mold well after wearing them around the house for a few hours and settle in around the 2nd or 3rd ride.
However, they ride a bit big on the face and curve narrowly around the edges of the eyes and cheekbones, though this is likely the reason they give such good peripheral sight. I wear glasses so they rub a bit due to this but all in all these provide some wicked vision in most conditions.
