Rome will ship you converter plates for using their bindings on a Burton board with the 3 hole system. If you have a Burton ICS board you'll most likely have to use Burton EST bindings. The discs Burton ships their ICS boards with don't seem to work on every binding on the market. I know for a fact they didn't fit my Rome 390's.
Just to add, I had 07 390's and they were incredible, and I wish I would have never sold them. I have to compare any binding I ride to them now.

I rode the L/XL with 10.5 ultralights (for 2 seasons) with no issues whatsoever.
These gloves look rad, and the park liner is a sweet idea. They were pretty warm, but once my hands started to sweat it was over. The park liner didn't breathe at all, and my hands froze. So if you don't have sweaty hands, check these out.
