The Wasatch, the Tetons, The Golden Trout Circle (Idaho, Wyoming, Montana), and last but not least The Almighty Provo River
Growing up in southeast Idaho I had a lot of chances to eat potatoes and play in the mountains and rivers. I did all three religiously. While my love of the potato has died out a little, the flame still burns strong for mountains and moving water. I love spending time in the mountains no matter what activity I am there for. My favorite passions would be splitboarding, mountaineering, and trail running. When not focused on tagging lines, peaks, and routes I am dedicated to chasing trout and steelhead all over the west. I was lucky enough to cut my teeth on THE BEST trout stream in the world, the Henry's Fork. Leaving the Henry's Fork and all the other sacred waters of the Greater Yellowstone Area behind I moved to Utah to go to the University of Utah. Luckily Utah has a lot of good trout water that has kept me busy exploring and guiding during the summers.

I dig these shorts. Good for pretty much whatever summer activity you wanna throw at them. My only gripe is they have a semi weird cut where you get some serious plummer crack. They dry super fast and the thicker mesh liner isn't too bad for running. I have run up to 15miles in these before I started to get any chafing.
got these in time for school and the fall season. Super stiff at first, but breaking in nicely. a little thicker than I was expecting. Nice for the cool morning commute on my motorcycle. Fit is true to size if not a tiny bit on the small side, but that could be due to the stiff feel at first.
