That can be a subjective answer as it depends on your riding style and preferences. I generally size down a bit in this style of board. I ride a board of similar shape (big nose, tons of taper, cut-out tail) and have no problem on a 154 in that size. I am about 10lbs lighter than you but with my backpack/avy saftey gear I easily add that weight back on. The 156 in that size is going to be a super responsive board for you and great for deep tree riding. If you are looking for more of a wide open powder board for bigger lines and open faces I would step up to the 161.
