I am always looking for ways to escape time consuming binding and boot lacing and strapping. The cinch offers an excellent design. Once you set your front strap settings, you are good for the day. I have never had any issues with this system. I have had lots of issues with burton step-ins and the old k2 systems.
These boots are comfortable and I have used them in the past. They fit very true to size and keep your toes warm in combination with good socks. The BOA lacing is so fast compared to standard lacing.
I rode one of these a few years ago and had a great time on it. was super flexy and responsive and was a blast in the terrain park. I would not consider this board a beginner board, although it is not restricting for beginners.
