This is the second round with the Burton hail and I have to say I am very pleased with the end result. Like Jimmy I find that the boot is on the tighter side, to compensate that I don't tighten the foot part of the laces at all (ridiculously loose) and then tighten the shin part. I am a traditionalist so I like the old school lacing system. The inner lacing system is a lot better than the previous years boot. The boot is light, durable, warm, and my feet for the most part stay dry. The only drawback I experienced was that you have to break them in before they start to feel comfortable. I walk aroung my apartment to break them in before hitting the mounds of ice here on the east coast. Overall: I love this boot...would I marry it if I could? Yes when I am looking to settle down.
