These boots are super comfy and keep your feet dry and warm in sub zero conditions. I also enjoy being able to tighten upper & lower zones separately, but it doesn't do much good when they loosen up as you ride. I'm about halfway through my second season with them and they've seen all conditions on the east and west coast. They are still super warm and fully waterproof, but I have to tighten them after every run, especially in the park. I really wanted a soft boot that would stay exactly as I set it, but this is just a soft boot that turns to mush if you do anything above an intermediate level. Disappointed and will probably try to take them back to exchange. Overall, I can't recommend them :-(.
The product description says it has a pocket on the outside for boots, but one of the reviews below says it does not. Can anyone say definitively if it does have an outer pocket that will fit boots? Thanks!
This bag is awesome! It's big enough to hold two pairs of boots (only one in the bottom), two helmets, pants & jacket, 3 pairs of goggles, 3-4 pairs of gloves and mittens, and a safe small pocket for a bunch of doodads like lock, screwdriver, GoPro + accessories, etc. with some room to spare. I use it every time I ride now, and wonder what I ever did without it. My only complaint and where I think it could be improved is that the main compartment is just a dark giant open space. I think it would be better and easier to organize if this was at least partially sectioned off for basic stuff like helmet, etc. and maybe lined with a lighter contrasting color instead of black so stuff would be easier to find while leaning into your hatchback. Also, the soft lined goggles pocket is nice and easily fits two pairs, but it's on the outside of the bag and that's not the safest place to keep your goggles. Overall though, highly recommend.
I got these boots after using my '09 Ride Orions for three seasons and being frustrated with laces, freezing toes & heel lift. I've used them for a full, serious season and so far I'm happy with the purchase. My feet stay warm and dry and I never lose feeling in my toes, even when I have the laces pulled as tight as physically possible. I have zero heel lift (though I do have an Achilles problem so I have pretty substantial ortho & heel inserts in these-which I also recommend for curing heel lift) and they are very supportive for what Burton considers a soft, flexible boot. After a couple hours of riding they do loosen up a little bit so I need to tighten them again. This isn't a big deal though, and I would still definitely recommend them. Burton also does an excellent job of tailoring women's items to the unique shape of women's anatomy, i.e. our calf muscles are different and it seriously affects boot fitment, and this attention to detail is definitely apparent in the Mint!
LOVE this hoodie! Bought it at the mountain last minute when the 60 degree day got too hot and I had to dump my jacket. It's a great feminine fit with long torso & comfy loose but not too baggy waist (bought the small, I'm 5'8" 130-135 lbs), and extremely quick drying (lots of falling in the terrain park and was dry within a run or two). It also has a small secure mp3 pocket that fits an iPod nano perfectly, with a hole for headphones to feed through. Highly recommend!
I LOVE this board! It does exactly what I want it to, exactly when I want it to. It's incredibly responsive, flexible and carves like butter in ANY conditions (I've put it through the wringer in everything from sheets of New Jersey ice to three feet of power through the glades all sorts of rails/jumps in the terrain park). Highly recommend it for anyone who feels like their current board might be inhibiting their progress, because the Infinity will unleash you. As I'm coming to an end of a very full first season using it, I can say this board is LEGIT.
