Love these boots! I just bought them in addition to buying the 1964 Sorel and I think I like these more! Well first off, I got a 9 in the other ones because I'm typically a size 8 1/2-9 and didn't want my feet to be cramped in boots, but in these I got a 8 and it's a perfect fit! So go a half size down at least in these. I though the fur would be too much but no, they are really cute and will be good for walking around in the winter. The height is fantastic too, not too high, not too low.
Love this, the cut is really great for a female. I originally bought a medium (my normal size) and it fit great and was good for walking around, but when I rode in it, it felt just a tad too small for riding. So I got a large and it's perfect. It's not much bigger than the medium, but gives me a little extra room and length. Also, the medium inside liner/hoodie was pretty small, and now the large fits great. I got the Blacktop color and it does come with the grey zip up liner shown. Without the liner, the jacket is pretty much just a shell, but with the liner the jacket is super warm.
It's long, but the bottom is veryy wide, and there's no elastic to bring it in. The zipper feels a little cheap and doesn't glide very easily. Also, the hood is small; I like to ride with the zipper zipped all the way up and it makes the hood bunchy and small. It's really warm though and good pocket placement, but it just doesn't fit right with the bottom being so wide and boxy...
These are nice! A little bit thinner than I wanted and I got a medium (my normal size) and they were a tad tight because they are so skinny in the thigh. I got the Merlot color and they look really good, just like the picture. The pants are SUPER LONG, but it's nice. Overall really good pant, but I'm exchanging them for a large in hopes that's not too big
Love this jacket. I have never worn it with the vest, but it's a really good cut for women and nice and long. I normally wear medium, but exchanged it for a large so I could have plenty room for riding. The medium would've been perfect for casual wear though. Lots of good pockets, nice material, and the neck/hood is a really good size for having fully zipped up
This jacket is pretty cool, but the elastic bottom is VERY tight, and isn't very elastic. Enough where it bugged me to return it. I got a medium, my normal size, and the arms and chest are good, if anything a little big, but the bottom is just too tight for snowboarding, or even for walking around because it rides up a little. It feels pretty warm though, but not very waterproof (even though it's 15K). I like how the fur on the hood is removable. Not getting a bigger size because it would be just too big everywhere (and probably too long, and I like my jackets long). Also, there are no pockets on the inside except the media one in the chest.
These boots are rad! They were an impulse buy for me but I love them! I got Turquoise color (looks just like the picture) in a size 8.0. Normally, I wear 8.5 in snowboard boots and in street shoes, but I went down a half size to make them fit nice and snug. They look great on and are a very slim fit on the outside. They are really comfortable and need no breaking in time. They are definitely a park boot, very flexible, but not very warm for days I ride all-mountain. Super light, the liner comes out nice and easy for drying, and they are adjustable for tightening at every spot in the boot. I would recommend these to ANY girl who loves to ride park. Again, only issue is my toes have gotten a little cold on the cold days I don't ride park, but besides that, they stay toasty warm.
These socks are pretty cool. The accent color is a really soft and cushiony material, but not too thick. Really comfortable to ride in
These pants are nice! I normally just wear leggings under my snowpants, but I decided to get these DC's anyway. At first I didn't think I would like them because they felt thin and cold, but I've used them in 10 degree riding weather and they kept me warm! Once it warmed up, they weren't too hot either. I normally wear medium bottoms and I got a size medium (I'm 5'6" 150lbs) and they fit great! Close to my body and not too big. They are pretty nice to lounge around in and I will probably use them running too.
This board ROCKS! The Spell has made me fall in love. I have never rode any Nitro boards, and I am between the size available in this board (I normally ride a 149 or 150), so I got the 151 and it's perfect. Still could use a cm shorter, but I just made my stance a tad wider and it's all good. This board RIPS through powder and down groomed runs, and is awesome on rails, and the Zero camber gives it crazy pop for kickers and jumps. The flex is just about perfect, but it's not as soft as it sounds. (I've had softer), which makes it good for rails and jumps. It's an all-in-one board for girls who like to ride park and all mountain (living in Utah, you have to do both).
I'm not a huge fan of female specific helmets, so I went with the Holt. I have a tiny (even though I'm 22 years old) head so I went with a Small. I don't wear a beanie underneath, but it was still really big with my goggles under. I could've definitely fit into an extra small, but I didn't read the sizing chart. Anyway, I'm not sure if it's because the helmet is a tad big on me, but it doesn't fit too well with my Smith I/O goggles. I tend to get a lot of GAPER GAP! No bueno. Also, it doesn't come down very far in the back (by my neck). It's a great helmet, but just doesn't fit me right so it falls off when I fall.
I already own the ignitor and the blue sensor lens, but I wanted something a little more for the really sunny days at Park City, so I got the Platinum lens. It's not what I thought it would be (thought it was going to be way more silver mirrored than the Ignitor) but it works really well for the sunny days. It's more of a rose base lens (as it's described on Smith's site) with a red/orange chrome finish from the front look, and when you look out, it's more orange. Just wish it looked more "platinum". Regardless, such a fan of the I/O and I love being able to switch out my lenses whenever I need to
This facemask is so multifunctional. I just got it an have used it for the cold days while riding at Park City, and it does the trick. It's pretty thin, but definitely blocks the wind and snow. Also, it's easy to put in your pocket with no bulk. Good for full face coverage, keeps ears warm, or just keepin it low around the neck for not such brutal cold days. It works really well as a headband too for running!
Really liking this Aubrey Henley base layer. I went with a medium (my normal t shirt size, I'm 5'6", 150 lbs) and it fits perfectly. The fit is close to my body and perfect for a base layer. The sleeve cuffs are a really really soft cotton and I love the thumb holes! It's a great midweight layer. Only issue, I'm not a big fan of the long button line, so maybe I'll get the Sierra Hooded one too that's just like this one. Also, it's cute enough to wear around with jeans
It is definitely a shorter board. Most "classic" longboards are 33-42 inches
Just got these in the mail because I was really looking for a good warm, waterproof boot to get me through the Utah winters. They are awesome! So warm, and definitely waterproof. I am a size 8 1/2 and since this pair didn't come in half sizes, I got a 9 because I heard they run small. The 9's are a little big in the heal, but they fit. I probably should have ordered an 8, but I'm keeping them anyway. They aren't as slim looking at the Tivoli (those fit small!) but are a great boot to wear all winter with my snowpants on my way to snowboarding or even with skinny jeans.
So overall, go a 1/2 size down and a very warm boot!
