I learned to ride in new zealand, which was a trip as three tree line is below the snow line. Then i moved back home to san francisco and did the endless winter... just kept riding. I bought a 163 atlantis when i moved back here and have ridden it for the last thirteen years. it was the last board made by surf politics before they sadly went out of business. has a layer of graphite in it. keeps it rigid... just the way i like it. i spend my time in the trees now that im over thirty. used to hit the parks, but now it hurts too much in the morning. even bought a helmet after making friends with a tree i few years back. i live for the snow.
why not make a 173 or 174 for us tall people? and for that matter, lets bring back Switch Bindings (they were the best ever in my opinion). I'm feeling like i'm being phased out, but i've been here for decades.
