I was a bit confused when riding this board for the first time, felt like a beginner again. I was trying different binding setup and I think I finally got it. After 4 powder days I have to confess I love this board so much... It hasn't let me down in any situation, landing 10ft drops like nothing, going through pillows easily, confindentally traversing the ice to get out of a tight situation. I ride it without any backstance/setback (exactly in the middle), with +21 and -21 binding angles. It floats in deep powder like nothing, just easily lean a bit backward and you're there. It lacks a little bit of pop when buttering, but still can do easy 360s just on the slope. I'd say its only weak side so far are ruined slopes at the end of the day, but noone really likes to ride this type of terrain. Haven't tried it in the park yet though... and it is more on the heavier side if you hike.

I don't have much to say about this binding. It's just good. I love the Burton lifetime warrant and if my previous Cartel wasn't stolen, I wouldn't probably need a new one. Had it for around 5 years without any problem, when I broke the baseplate, they changed it in the nearest Burton store in Czech republic. (I got it replaced with an previously used baseplate with different color, but I don't care, i could get on track the very next day without spending a penny.)
