Just bought the Sorel 64's and wore them for music fest in Steamboat CO. It was snow the majority of the trip and was icy and extremely slushy or watery around the music fest tents like usual. The boots performed well kept my feet completely dry and toasty. A down side to these boots is the sole in general. It's really thin uncomfortable for walking on hard surfaces and the sole patern allows for a lot of slipping in icy spots. The removable linner is great as I wore them without socks at times and are really easy to wash that way. The 64's are a little more low profile when compared to the caribou. They look and fit nicely with jeans where the caribou are far more bulky.
