This saw is bad ass, no doubt. Maybe a bit over kill for what I was looking for when I put it on my X-mass list. I was looking for a long saw that would be a solid helper in cutting ECTs and CTs this is certainly that, however, the teeth are made for ripping through ice and dense snow, versus cutting. The result is not the cleanest columns as the aggressive teeth design leaves striation marks. In hindsight I might have gone with the Brooks Range Scientist 70 which has the same folding design but a bit less aggressive teeth which are designed for more refined cuts and is a bit lighter weight. At any rate the quality is amazing and I will see if I change to the Scientist model in the future.

I've been using this kit for a couple of seasons now and weather I am having a casual day of touring and digging quick pits or getting after a full profile I love having my study kit. I always know where all my tools are, and the design is obviously well thought out by snow professionals.
Some of my favorite features to the case:
- the zip compartment which I use for my pencil, a mini write in the rain, and I actually put my slope meter in there too.
-The ability to hang the kit off my ski tip.
-The elastic band that runs across the back of the book which I use to put my field book in that way all my observation tools are in one place.
All and all a great kit to keep you organized in your pit.

Lightweight, durable, packable, anatomical, smart pockets, and so styley are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe this jacket.
I have worn it just a bit as the season has just started here but I have toured in it, worn it in sunshine and snow and can tell you that the functionality of this coat is all time.
The articulated elbows really makes a difference as well as the articulated hem.
I am a broader built woman 5'8" 150 lbs and size D boobs and a torso that goes on for days. Usually women's clothing does not work for me. Either the jacket is too short, it gets too tight and restrictive when I outstretch my arms, but the Stella allows me to move completely free (I am rocking a Large). I have yet to be able to contort myself in any way that makes this jacket feel tight.
All and all I can't wait to see what mother nature throws my way cause I am confident I can handle it in my Stella.

The boys at true tapped into some serious female knowledge and design to create these bibs.
These function forward, but ever so stylish bibs are the first pant that I have been able to wear and feel completely unobstructed when moving through the mountains. Articulated knees, gusseted crotch, and light weight material make these bibs feel like they were made just for you.
The adjustable shoulder straps allow you to really dial in your look and comfort. I have not noticed the bib buckles hitting my nips (unlike the reviewer bellow) or even any conflict with my boobs, and I am seriously well endowed. I do love the releasable straps for peeing when you have layers over your bib top.
Also the side vents are crucial and oh so nice!
I could not speak higher of an article of clothing as these are literally the first pair of pants that I have put on in 31 years that fit me right and I am loving it!

Photochromic is Phenomenal!!!

No matter which style goggle you choose make sure you choose the Photochromic lenses! These lenses are unbelievably versatile, from white out conditions to bright blue bird days and everything in between these lenses allow you to have crisp clear visibility.
The lenses actually change, so when you pull them out of the box and on grey bird days they will look more like the red sensor lens, but when you hit some light they turn more into a solar x type lens (and have the mirrored looked to go with).
All and all I have never been so excited about something so seemingly small, but this is something to get excited about!
