These bindings are super high quality, and Flow has certainly made some improvements with the ratcheting system, and binding-entry. I previously had the 2008 NXT FSE, which I loved - perfect match for my 2008 Rome Agent (cambered). The NX2-RS a little heavier than the NXT FSE, and feel a lot stiffer.

I was using these bindings with my new Rome Agent Rocker, and it is too stiff for the board so I switched over to the Rome 390 Boss - a much better pairing. The weight difference is definitely noticeable.

Overall, these bindings provide great stability for bombing down the mountain, are fairly secure, and help dampen the chop. However, if you're looking for a playful setup (e.g. park riding, messing with feature, ground tricks), I do not recommend these.

Also, as someone else mentioned... you might want to consider a leash with Flows - I too had a wipe out, where the back caught the ground and unhooked the binding. Luckily for me only one foot came out, so I didn't loose my board, but the high back cracked - which put me in a position to replace the bindings.

I have the 08 Agent (traditional camber). While this board isn't as responsive and stable as the cambered version, the trade-offs are well worth it. In comparison, it's very forgiving, floats in powder, and has awesome pop that just launches you effortlessly. The cambered version, was very difficult to use in powder, doesn't have as much pop, and will let you know if you upset it by whipping your face to the ground.

The serrated edges help this board hold a pretty nice edge, but I'm still getting used to it coming from camber.

The reverse camber is pretty aggressive, which keeps the front tip up and helps it float in powder... felt like surfing.

I'm not great at the park, but I've played with it on boxes, jumps and pipes, and had a great time... though, it's not as soft or loose as a dedicated park board.

I highly recommend this board!

I know this is an old board - I've had mine for about 5 years now. Absolutely amazing board to ride, very stable, super fast, and great for playing around the mountain. I'm upgrading to the 2012 Rome Agent Rocker Hybrid to give it a try, but wanted to also leave a review for this board because of how fantastic it is.
