I purchased these and a pair of Superfeet Orange insoles for my wife for our trip to Glenwood Springs, CO. We hiked for 3 hrs to Hanging Lake up steep rocky inclines. Not one turned ankle or one blister. She said her Keen Targhee's are by far the most comfortable hiking boots she has ever worn!

I live and board on the East Coast. That right there should tell you what conditions I ride in, icy, hard pack and mostly icy. Edge hold is second to none thanks to the Magne-traction. You can hit the rails, boxes and jibs in the am then come back after lunch and fly down the straights like an F-35 off the deck of the USS Ronald Reagan! The easiest board to switch on that I have ever ridden!
This board will not disappoint!

You can have your Burton Diodes or your Ride Maestros, I'll take the new Union SL's 2 to 1 over any of those other bindings! From the Ultra responsive High backs to the awesome flex under foot. These will make the stiffest board on Earth turn on a dime! The new ankle straps are by far the most comfortable that I have ever worn! So go grab a pair, you won't regret it!

I've tried several bindings over the years, from top of the line Burton bindings to Ride and just recently broke a pair of Flow bindings. The New Union MC bindings are hands down the best binding on the market! They are feather light, ultra responsive feel from heel to toe and lateral flex! This years ankle strap is super comfy, no pressure points at all.

The Flatline technology in the new Darkstar is just plain genius. The board turns very crisply, but does not grab an edge. Lots of pop through the jibs.
An awesome snowboard through and through!
The graphics are a great improvement over last years, so go ahead and grab a Darkstar, you won't regret it:)
