I bought these sandals for my wife and she likes how durable they are. Her shoe size is a 3 and she bought a 4 and they fit well. I would suggest if you buy these shoes to get a size bigger than you normally wear.
I'm 5'10" 185, and the large fits well, even for a weightlifter build. It's comfortable to run in, and the ventilation is excellent. It holds up well in warm weather, so you won't be dying of heat if you like the sun. I am absolutely uncomfortable wearing anything that has a sleeve when I exercise, but I don't feel like they're limiting on this shirt. It's the first of its kind that I have owned, and it won't be the last. A great buy if you're looking to keep cool in the heat.
Nice material, not too heavy. The cut isn't super wide at the bottom either, which was a problem I had with some other tanks. I'm 5'10" 185, and a large seems the right size.
These things are pretty comfortable. They seem to have decent support and you won't mind wearing them for decent walks. I got them mostly for beachwear, and they hold up to the task. Some have gel soles, and I would put down a little more for those if you want the ultimate, but for a nice-looking pear of comfortable flip flops these guys get the job done.
I do also suggest going up an extra half-size or so if you want a wider fit.
I wear these guys under my regular shorts when I go running or biking, and they're very comfortable. I do feel like I'm able to go longer distances with less fatigue in my legs when I wear em. I usually go out in warm weather, and I've never had heat be too much of a problem for me.
I'm 5'10" 185 (32 waist) and the Medium is a comfortable fit.
