I was able to test this out in Park City and loved it. I just ordered the hoodless one as well so that I can keep wearing it during spring riding.
These knee pads were a nice little piece of confidence boost for a first time snowboarder. They are light and comfortable...so much so that I forgot that I still had them on during the 1.5 hour drive home.
This is my first and only pair of snowboard boots. So I do not really have anything to compare these to. However, the boots are very light compared to others in the stores. They are also extremely comfortable.
I've had these boots for awhile and finally got a chance to use them. They are warm, comfortable, and dry. They worked well in Tahoe after boarding.
I have used this on 2 trips and so far it has performed great. It has a nice secure fit. The double sided hooks are nice because you have the option to hook onto the large or small tubes. Everything stays secure.
