I've got a pair of these in the iron gray (medium) and I really like the way they look. I'm pretty average size (5'10", 175 lb) and these pants fit great, not too tight but still with a little bit of a fitted look. As you'd expect with a pant called the vent, these are really pretty lightweight and if it's cold at all, you'll really want to layer up underneath. Still, thats what you sign up for when buying a light shell pant. Really nice pant overall.
I bought these bindings in L/XL for all-mountain riding. While I liked the shape of the straps and the flex on these bindings, I was extremely disappointed in their performance on the hill. The plastics straps seemed to stiffen up in the cold and the ratchet would often fail to catch on the strap. I ended up having to press the ratchet tooth down with my thumb in order to actually tighten them. However, DogFunk was good about taking them back and now I'm riding with a pair of Forum Republics which I love.
I've been riding a regular width Arbor Element 158 for about 5 years now and even though I wear a size 11.5 boot (Vans encore), I've never had any trouble with toe drag. Does this mean that I should be fine with a regular width board or should I play it safe with a wide model? Thanks.
