Best fitting snowboard pants I've ever owned. I'm pretty particular about the quality, these definitely don't disappoint. I'm still confused why I have some 686 pants from 2009 that are 15k/10k, and these 2014 pants are only 10k/5k.. but whatever, these seem waterproof so far, despite that rating. Large fits perfect, I'm 6'2" 190 and wear a 33" jean...
Seriously Volcom? $469 for pants, wow... When you've exceeded the price of any Burton pant you should have known you'd gone too far. You're approaching Northface/Under Armor pricing.. LOL
I purchased these 32 Ultralights because I fell in love with the pair I bought 2 seasons ago. I rode them for 2 seasons and absolutely loved the boot back then, but it certainly wasn't without its problems. Mostly the tongue would slip to the side and cause lots of shin pain. I know 32 tried to fix is on last years model. I hadn't seen this boot before I bought it, so I didn't anticipate any changes from last year. Wrong!
The boot has almost been completely redesigned, and the problem I mentioned with the tongue is majorly improved. The tongue and liner is completely lined with Velcro so it fastens very securely, no chance of slippage. The colors and styling make for a good looking boot. If you've never owned a pair, and looking to buy these, I would warn you they do run small. I wear a 12 in DC, Nike, Adidas, and everything else. I had to buy these in 13. (and in purple.. haters gonna hate)
