Keystone to Jackson to Brighton
Super fun board for everything. This is a flatline base profile so it's super stable for bombing the mountain. Pro driven specs make it great for long jump run ins and big landings.
The stabby twin shape is great for floating in the BC pow after hitting that big booter.
Lots of pop for getting up onto features and buttery flex for jibbing at high speeds.
If you like to jib at high speeds on your way to that big jump out back then bomb high speed groomers back to the park on your way in for the day then this is the board for you.
Plus this year they did an Airblaster collab with the graphic so it's super subtle and stealth. 154 matte black with the purple formulas, siiiiiiiick!
I have been riding the internal BOA from K2 for almost ten years now and it is by far the best heel hold system out there. The inside lacing system is adjustable from the outside with BOA. Quick, easy, comfy and reliable, I have never had issues. I know people who have but I have never.
But the new UFO comes with some new tech that really does work and has created a solid following after it's first season.
The boot has a spine made of urethane that creates a smooth great flex that lasts twice as long as any other boot I have ever ridden. It has life from the beginning to the end. I had over 80 days on my boots and they felt like they did the day I got them.
No more getting boots stiffer than you want and breaking them in to the desired flex halfway thru the season only to have them too soft by the end. This boot is amazing and will win you over if it fits your foot.
Add in the Intuition heat moldable liner, vibram sole, harshmellow dampening and you have a great fitting, warm, true flex boot that gives you adjustability on the fly and support that lasts.
What else do you need???
Without a doubt if there was one board I had to choose and ride every condition world wide this would be the one. Handles hard pack (even east coast), POW, park, trees, back country and in all snow conditions, heavy, light, dry, wet whatever the snow Parkstar is the way to go. haha.
Has great pop the shape is perfect for me. Quick edge to edge yet very fluid and floaty. Really is the best board I have ever ridden.
This is a great basic binding. When I say basic I mean all you NEED. Super comfy and plenty of support. Price is awesome for what you get. SOLID!
This is still one of my favorite boards out there. It will go anywhere I wanna go whenever I wanna go there.
Handles hardpack days and a no brainer in the POW, floats like a butterfly. Even a few park laps are a great time on this board.
This is one of the best choices for the person looking for a board that's easy to ride and doesn't put a huge dent in your pocket. The graphic is pretty cool to.
This board rides really stable for being so short. A longer effective edge makes riding the whole mountain a lot more fun.
If you want a board that will take the beating that the park rails dish out and soft enough to butter everything in your path this is the one.
I have had this board for over a year now and can honestly say it is the best i've ever owned. I have been riding 50+ days for 20 plus years and owned allot of boards. Everything from Burton, RIDE, Salomon, Nitro, Morrow, Never Sumer, Lib-Tech and more... The thing about the new rocker boards is that it makes you a more efficient rider. I use less energy to ride the same stuff I have been riding with traditional camber. The fact that K2 uses three stage rocker (wakeboards, surfboards) is what separates them from some of the other companies. Three stage means a flat spot under your feet and raised tip and tail which gives you instant grip as soon as you begin your turn and depending how much energy you apply, determines how much edge you use. You also ride more centered when turning which means better balance and more of a traditional boarding movement, like a skate, wake or surf. This is what makes this board super maneuverable at slow speeds and in the trees yet still hold an edge on hard pack and float like a DREAM.There are allot of people saying that rocker is for beginners and I just want to say that is FAAAAAAR from the truth. It does make riding allot easier (EFFICIENT) but why is that a bad thing? If you and your buddies are into working out while you ride then have at it. I personally am trying to get as many pow shoots, tree runs, rock drops, log slides and park runs as I can before the day is done.Turbo Dream is a great board for those who want to ride the mountain as if it were your last day alive.
