Kris mcgregor is right about the base. the grease lightning is denser so it is beter for extruded bases. the thunder wax is also better if u want speed but I like the lightning better because it still carries almost as much speed but excels so much in the park on butters and eccelerating in short distances and such.

I got mine to last 6 iron sessions. It's 80 grams I believe but u don't need much it spreads nice and smooth :)
U can hot wax it to. It just means u can rub it on if u need to.
for people to say it's slow or sticky, ur 1 of three things. 1, a misinformed idiot, 2, u ride a walmart board and that's why it's slow, or 3, ur not using the wax right. Personally, when u rub on any wax it doesn't perform as well and is very temporary. I hot wax it the right way, then scrape and buff it so that it looks like glass. and I no it's not the board that is fast because I did an experiment. when I bought my new k2darkstar, it comes with minimal amounts of cheap wax on it. I did a run with my board like that and my gps clocked me at 41.3 mph at the fastest. then I waxed it with this and I clocked 49.0. That's a big difference when ur racing or need momentum for the flats. u don't get stuck on the cut up boxes either.
