I understand the love/hate relationship with this board. I bought it with a lot of enthusiasm, then really struggled to ride it well. Some other guy up at June Lake encouraged me to quit letting the board throw me around and boss it around a bit. What a difference! My old Ride Timeless got so easy to ride that I got lazy. I initially got this board so that my 235 lbs would not skid down Cornice or Scotty's on a hard/icy day. It worked! Your cannot believe how this board grips on that type of surface. On softer stuff, you just have to be aware that smaller inputs are going to result in a reaction from the board (unlike conventional technology boards) I also used it on a week Heli trip in Crescent Spur, BC, Canada. Floated like a butterfly.
