till this year, ive been riding the '06 co2's. upon purchasing a 2010 vapor, i wanted to utilize the ics channel - the obvious choice was the 2010 co2. be aware, this setup will set you back several clams, so make sure the credit card can take the beating.
the improvements over the older model (i.e.: ultrastrap, ics system, ultra capstrap) provide superior control and comfort. damn that ultrastrap ankle strap is super comfy! i felt the superbed was a little too firm on jumps, however. took a several runs to dial in my stance, since you can now adjust in increments of 1 degree! it seemed just a minute adjustment would drastically affect the handling. amazing tech.

only wore it for one trip in fickle n.w. weather (i.e.:rain, rain/snow, wet snow, snow, you get the picture).
so far, the waterproofing is as good as described - prolly will NOT wash it for some time to preserve the coating
the fleece lining at the butt and knees is a great idea! im about 32.5 at the waist with about a 30 inseam, and these fit pretty good.
i was a little concerned about the lightweight outer ripstop fabric - theres already some fraying at the butt and heel. plus, a quik tree run, a brush up against a twig, and riiiip! nothing duct tape cant fix!
overall im really happy with the fit and features - would prolly like to see more durable outer fabric and some extra protection at the heel. then again, i got it for a steal, so no complaints here.

tnx for your reply, ryan.
i have a pair of 686 smarty cargos thats been used for a few seasons, and the lining is disintergrating (perhaps i didnt read the how to care for instructions :<). got the smarty jacket too, and its doing the same thing. prolly will shy away from that brand for now. fingers crossed for these pants tho.
