I would also look into Roxy! They are made by the same people as GNU and Lib Tech its Mervin Manufacturing! They have boards with all the same tech as the guys boards do. Good luck on your board search. Let me know if I can help I have worked in boardshops for a long time now

I rode a Travis Rice for the last two season and was wondering if i would notice a difference in speed since this TRS only has an extruded base compared to the T.Rice being sintered which is super fast and eats wax up for breakfast every morning before a ride
honestly with all union bindings i swear their size chart is concidering if you have a shrunken shell/footprint boot. I have 9.5 DC Superpark boots that are shrunken shell/footprint they fit the M/L perfectly my roommates 8.5 vans would not fit in that binding at all... i recommend going to a shop that carries union and take your boot with you to try out!
Any chance you guys are going to get more I/ox in stock?
Is the black migration color way glossy or matte black base?
Do these have 2 drivers for each bud? It says a 10 and a 13.5. Never seen 2 numbers like that before. Anyone know?
Does this really not have a pocket for a season pass. Pretty sure all the older models did
what size should i get i wear a 7 3/8 new era. and i dont wear my goggle strap on the outside so that wont help it hold it to my head and i wear a pretty thin beanie underneath
I hope you didnt order these yet. What brand boot do you have or which boot model is it. Because I will say with my experience with Union for the last 5 years there are certain boots around 9+ that should fit the M/L but actually certain brands dont fit depending on the size of the shell
These boots have been awesome. I sorta was buying this as a park boot and i already have another boot that is better support for backcountry and big mountain pow days. After using these boots I realized I can lace them up not super tight just right for jibbing and park stuff then when I want I can adjust just my cranking the boa down, which sorta gives you a boot that you can adjust flex and forgiveness on the fly. I ordered 9.5 could possible do with a 10 in these.
Im about the same as you and L is what id rep
wow what sucks is this EPS version of this has the blue strap which i want it to be on the hardhat too. what gives
In the description I read of the hardhat versions it says that this helmet needs to be replaced after any impact hard or soft. So even after the smallest fall hitting my head this helmet is meaningless and need to purchase another one?
Sup guys if you are looking for a board that can shred everything that the mountain offers pick up this deck and you will be more than pleased. I picked up this deck last year coming from the Skate Banana which is a great park board great for jibs and mostly rockered. With this board you get like it says a Rocker-Camber combo and it is amazing that camber makes a huge difference. The camber added into the deck makes the board super stable at high speeds and charge hard. I straightlined by my friends that were on other brands its sintered base is very fast. Incase you are looking at the flex seeing on here it says 7 and your worried its too stiff. For the board sizes it goes for the 150cm = 5 flex, 153cm = 6 flex, 157cm = 7 flex. Think I might try out the 150cm since they offer that this year and see if i can press that board better on rails This board is the definition of your top quiver killer deck.
I use it with 2012 Union Contact Pros. Also if you like this deck the brother deck to this is the GNU Riders Choice. IF you got any questions about this deck feel free to ask
Yeah man your right it just has the couple bullet points form the Horsepower version (HP) yeah I have the 2012 and this deck is amazing. Check out http://www.lib-tech.com/snowboards/travis-rice-pro/ for everything on this deck
how comfortable are these after hours of charging the park? i want something comfortable that i can wear shredding.
Anyone know how these feel with a beanie on and a possible goggle strap partially coming over them?
any chance you will get more Black/red size m/l in stock soon?
Should i get the DLX or the Contact for my jibstick?
