Horrible board. Do NOT buy
..... or maybe i'm just saying this cus I wanna be the only one at the mountain with this beast. :)
I think i'm in love.
Alright fine, here's the truth.
Great board! First session today. Don't be fooled, this isn't JUST a park board. I rode it all over the mountain, even found a little powder in the tree lines (east coast) and it floated nicely. Despite the rocker's reputation of not performing well at high speeds, I found this board very stable, quick toe to heel, and the edges dug into everything. I had little to no trouble cutting across ice patches. To my surprise, even the extruded base was fast and I haven't waxed it yet. I was passing everyone up on the flats. I'm still getting used to it but I love it. This board definitely has pop too. It's a little stiffer than I was expecting, but not too stiff for butters and presses.
I did alot of research and must've bugged every live chat expert on this site before I decided to go with this board. I considered the youngblood chillydog, skate banana, capita green machine, stairmaster, and some others.. I picked this one because it matched my needs and seemed like the best value for the money. I mean the price is just awesome for all the tech they crammed in it! Very happy with this decision, this board arrived with zero disappointments. Honest.
I've had these bindings for 2 or 3 seasons now and they're the best I've ever rode. The ankle strap is thick and has a large surface area, leaves you with zero soreness at the end of the day. The toe strap does its job well, never have any heel slippage. Good + tight. Its also worth noting that my other bindings would come loose at some point in the season. These NEVER did. Not once. They look sick too. Love em
pretty sick. you can see the woodgrain beneath the colors throughout the entire top sheet if you look super closely
yeah these colors pop
