These bindings are not light-weight as the description would suggest. they are very well made and sturdy, allowing for excellent control of your riding but take some time to set up properly. if you are in deep snow, they are a pain to "step" into. for steep/deep riding, there are probably better options out there unless you use them like a regular strap in binding. I used them all last season and was happy with them despite the weight/bulk and the time I had to spend setting them up so that they were easy to step into. bigger boots may have issues with stepping in easily fyi...

These bindings are made very well and are very solid/built with quality materials. I got them last year as a xmas gift and have used them exclusively all season. the cinch system takes a few tries to set up properly but once setup, works like a charm. some issues i encountered were, if you have big boots sometimes its hard to open the binding enough to just slide them in. this requires loosening the top strap a few clicks to get em in there snug. this is sometimes an issue if you are in the deep stuff as you will probably be strapping up in waist deep snow and cannot just step into them. the second issue is that they are very heavy and bulky which can be an issue for some. they do allow for excellent control of the board and can be adjusted to precise fit depending on your needs. I would recommend them for resort riding and if you need a precise fit and dont mind the extra weight or setup time. K2 makes great products that do not dissapoint.
