A little chill? Ready. Frigid snowstorm? Not so much.
Quiksilver gave the Men's Billy Jacket a cotton twill shell for down-to-earth style, and it added a polyester lining to keep you warm on a chilly fall or spring day. It would also work for the dead of winter, but only if you lived in some place relatively dry and not too cold. For example, this jacket would suck for a winter in Minnesota, but it would do very nicely in southern Cali.

Billy Jacket is Just Right For Mild Climates
I live in central Texas near Austin, and we rarely have extremely cold weather. The average temperatures all winter range from about the mid-40's to low 70's. The Billy jacket by Quiksilver is perfect for the slightly cooler days we get. Warm with a fleece lining, but not too heavy overall. It's really comfortable, too.
