Burton has gotten it right. I've been on the search for a new helmet for awhile now -- looking for something that won't make me look like I stepped off the set of Spaceballs. This year's Aletta finally fits the bill - I had to do a little tweaking with the interior padding to get it low-enough profile, but it's comfortable, the adjustable fit system is amazing, and it's super-lightweight. I was able to take the speakers out of my older burton audio beanie and plug them into the earpads as well. I wear this helmet with Dragon DXS goggles, and they fit perfectly. I really couldn't be happier. I have the helmet in natural hemp, which is pretty - the image on Dogfunk is pretty true to the color - kind of a beige-y green. I'm considering getting it in black, though, too.
A word on size - just FYI, R.E.D. has changed their helmet sizing this year, so if you have an older Burton helmet, don't just assume you wear the same size ... you'll probably wear a size smaller. Dogfunk's size chart is accurate, so go off of that.
