A removable goggle gasket makes up for any gaper gap you might run into while the Ultra Lightweight In-Molded Polycarbonate shell holds your brain in place as you eat snow. If you’re into jams on the mountain you can buy the RED Audio or Subwoofer system and turn your Hi-Fi into a party.

Helmet fits great and looks great (well about as good as a helmet can look). The padding inside isn't thick at all. It's thin yet comfortable. There could be a few more vents in my opinion since I can see how warm it will get on a bluebird day, but other than that, I love it. Also, the earpads have a zipper so you can open them and drop in ear phones. You don't have to get the RED earphones. I actually used some headphones I had and dropped those in and they work great.

The problem i had with my last helmet was that my head got way to hot, so is that gonna happpen with this one or does it have good ventilation? Im typically riding in 20-40 degree weather

The venting is really good, One thing that may be causing you to get overheated is wearing a beanie. You don't need to. Try a variety of layers to find what works best. RED makes a skull cap which is fleece lined around the ears but has a mesh top to give the wearer a better chance of optimizing their temperature.

The fit keeps the bucket comfortably snug on your melon, easy to use gloves-on buckles, a lighter adn lower profile fit that in the past, and removable goggle clip (and internal padding) in case your run your style with a beanie and goggles under the helmet like the pro's.
I would definitely suggest adding on some redphones... Sick look without big and ugly earpads! you pop one piece out, drop the headphone in and your golden. Music for days!

I know everyone has a different shaped head, but for me, this bad boy fits me so well I barely know it's there when I'm on the mountain. It's warm, comfy, and I'm sure if I ever hit my head it'll do a fine job protecting my head.
My A-frames fit well with this helmet and the "gasket" does a good job of keeping everything warm and together.
Change me.
