I can't recommend these insoles enough. Coming from a history of knee and lower back injuries, I've tried my fair share of insoles. Without the alignment of my knees and hips that insoles provide, I couldn't skate, run, or snowboard. And the support these provide is unparalleled. Especially for the price.

Watch your mouth or I'll tell your mom. Back in my day you weren't allowed to do this.

I have become dependent on these insoles very quickly. I have a history of knee injuries and lower back injuries. Remind knows how to make a fully functional footbed at a very good price. This is a great way to get padding and support from a thin vulcanized shoe, without sacrificing board feel or a lot of money. Also check out Reminds "Remedy" insole. Thanks to Remind, I can run and skate without any back or knee pains. I fully recommend these.

Stoked on my pair of Cush insoles. The blue magic foam is amazing and super lightweight. Love the graphic on them and the antimicrobial aspects that help keep the funk down.

I think the graphic looks stupid. And there's much more lightweight insoles than that.

Seriously - stock shoe company insoles suck. Take one out of your skate shoes - i can almost guarantee it offers little-to-no arch support, and very little cushioning. Remind knows that good foot and lower body health (so critical to our impact heavy lifestyle on boards) is key to longevity in the sports, and offers these kickin' replacement insoles. First of all - the graphics are dope! Ok, looks aside, these dont just stick a big lump of plastic under your arch, they are anatomically designed to provide full arch support - helping with proper foot/ankle/knee/hip alignment. Ive tried a few other pairs of insoles from more 'popular' insole brands - and these easily take the cake. I have bad feet/ankles (broken right foot and left ankle) so i really need the right support. I love that the support in these extends across the whole arch - a very 'wide' feeling support that i haven't found in any other insole. As soon as i step into my skate shoes now, my feet don't hurt (they used to a little) they actually feel better! Totally stoked!
