Worth the work!

For the last 3 years, I had Flow bindings, so I was so used to the easy step in/out and I was a little reluctant to go back to the whole "plunk your butt down and strap in" deal. I was also a little cynical about having only one strap over your toe. But once I took a ride in these bindings, all of my fears were allayed. While it took a little while to initially set them up, all the work was definitely worth it. And the bonus is that they look totally HOT (the red ones at least)! (Although that shouldn't be the main reason to purchase bindings in general).

They're really comfortable and once you get them set up, getting in and out is pretty easy (and that's a major statement since I'm coming off the Flows).

Bottom line--BUY THEM!

steezilicious

MAD response I could feel the difference the second i strapped in with just a few clicks. Light weight and ready to rage. The only problems i had were adjusting the heel cups and making the v-strap fit nice and centered. The V would be super snug but the ankle strap wasn't fitting like it should be. It took some brute strength to get the heelcups in place with the t nut, but i just exchanged them for larger size and im positive they'll be ready to get down!

Oh smak-
When I first put the bindings on and did some pre season urban jibbing I liked them- but my lazy ass did not want to mount another pow board so I just used these bindings on a 143 in the POW and I had NO response... which is great Jibbin but in anything else... so frikin akward! (I can ride a 143 in pow-always have so it was not the board)
I agree with the straps not fitting right...
I hated how un flexi these things were... Now I know... I do not really heart them.
Flux GM30's are the SHIZNIT! So flexi-yet perfect response- like riding a BENZ- WORD!

soo sick

These bindings are amazing! They are super comfortable, extremely durable and look sweet as hell!! I got the Red pair, looks flashy and fly- love it. Strapping in is easy, adjusting the binding to your boot is pretty simple and you only have to do it once and it fits perfectly. I just absolutely love these bindings and I've gotten some gnarly comments on them as well! BUY THEM! They are the worlds best bindings!

Awesome new tech

This new binding from ride is a great intermediate/advanced binding. I love the new V-strap (but I with they had the V-grip for women!) and it held up really well when I tested it out. I'm more of a freeride/big mountain/backcountry rider and it worked fantastic for me. I loved only having to use one hand to get in and out (no more sitting at the lift getting everything tight).Plus the super squishy wedgie footbeds made a huge difference on the groomers after things started to get choppy (if you get a chance, feel these footbeds. They feel really nice in your hand). My knees felt great at the end of the day when usually they are sore. When you get these bindings, remember that the toe-strap is designed to be moved so it fits YOUR foot specifically.Overall I love these bindings. They fit my foot perfectly, and comfortable for all day riding (on hardpack or powder), plus, they look awesome! (I used the Rubine red)

A little good and a little bad

Emmy, can you recommend another park binding? Thanks.

A little good and a little bad

These bindings fit very comfortably and definitely absorb some of the shock you get while riding on chunky snow, the turn initiation is also pretty good. They have the single strap adjustment system, which I thought was cool at first, but after using them for a while I decided that the adjustable front strap that sits lower is more comfortable. Also the quality of the rubber strap seems questionable. All in all, these bindings do the job, but I prefer the two strap adjustment.

How long did you test these out for? Did you have the tow strap sized for your foot? I only ask because these are the most comfortable bindings I've tried out this season. Also, Ride used a specialized polyurethane to remake the toe strap this year so its designed to hold up in cold conditions just like any other binding.

How did you like the wedgie footbeds?

the rubber toe strap broke on me 2 times already. I like rides product a lot but they need to figure out the strap to last in bleow zero temps. Always buy some extra straps to be safe.
