Ride Buckwild Snowboard - Wide - 2011

Oversized kickers, technical rails, and icy the walls of superpipes aren't much fun if you don't have the right tool for the job. The Ride Buckwild Wide Snowboard is the preferred instrument of some of Ride's most notable slayers for implementing park prowess and unbridled fun all over the place.

  • Twin rocker is flat in the mid-section and through the inserts with a subtle rocker on the nose and tail, combining stability and playfulness
  • Slimewall sidewalls replace traditional sidewall materials with flexible, dampening, and resilient urethane
  • Pop Rods 2.0 are carbon-wrapped urethane rods that add an active pop while simultaneously dampening the ride
  • Carbon Array 3 technology utilizes criss-crossing bands of carbon that distributes power, increases strength, while maintaining a moderate flex
  • Cleave Edge beefs up the amount of steel used by 50% to resist cracking and blow outs while providing flexibility with tuning
  • Hybrid glass places snappy triax on top and a softer-biax layer on the base to achieve response and forgiveness
  • Fusion 4000 base holds speed as swell as it does wax and is strong enough to take a few hits from under-snow hazards
  • Thin-Con construction tapers the core to be thinner on the nose and tail reducing overall weight and making it easier to initiate spins, turns, and buttering maneuvers

Bottom Line: Now with more fun!

best thing to do is measure your boots footprint and compare it to the waist width on the snowboard you are looking for. You can also get some binding risers. You could also look in to getting a boot with a smaller footprint. dc and a couple others offer this type of boot.
