If you can return the boot to the place you purcahsed from they should be able to repalce it or you can contact boa directly and they may be able to repalce it. If it is in the warranty period it should be free.

I have the '10's of this boot and it's an all around great product. The Jackson tightens evenly unlike some other boas I've seen, they always kept my feet warm, and they're really fast to put on compared to ol' fashioned lace-ups.
Change me.
