Gettin' jibby with it.
The Ride Kink Snowboard lights up battleship boxes, burly handrails, and jump lines like a champ, thanks to its mellow flex, impact-absorbing Slimewalls, and predictable handling. This park-specific deck features a Twin Rocker Shape that's flat throughout most of its running length. There's actually micro camber underfoot, but it's so subtle that you won't really notice any difference from riding a flat-camber board. The result of this mostly flat profile is a surprisingly stable board that allows you to set-up for jump and jib lines with plenty of confidence. Adding just a bit of rocker, the tip and tail rise up ever-so-slightly for a skate-like feel that won't catch when you're jibbing, buttering, and dorking around the park.
Helping you stomp landings and lock into grinds, the board's urethane Slimewalls dampen its ride significantly for less vibration and a more comfortable riding experience. Additionally, these urethane sidewalls take one hell of a beating, allowing you to grind this board without prematurely blowing out your sidewalls. Throw in Ride's extra-thick Cleave Edge Steel and you won't have to worry so much about thrashing your park board on jib features.
