Great pants, just not my style

I ordered these as a gift for my boyfriend as well as the Quicksilver Drill Pant because i couldnt decide based ont he pictures. When i received these i first thought that theyre really cool pants with great styling details... But then i decided on the Quicksilver ones instead. These Ride Madrona pants have a very slim legand are very shaped in the leg... almost like boot cut.. they reminded me of oldschool ski pants that were tight and then flared over the ski boot. Really cool, just not my boyfriends style at all...so i returned them...

Fitting

Just bought these pants but have not taken them to the slopes yet. As for trying them on, they are a "slim boot cut" as ride describes it which isn't far off. They aren't "skinny" like skinny jeans would be but i wouldn't say they are as loose as a straight leg jean. I am 5'10" and weigh 160 and the medium fit just about perfect. The large i tried on fit with the adjustable straps but I found them too long. The only con I have noticed as of now is the inseam vents are not webbed so it is basically zipping you pants open to a hole on the inside of your thighs. 4 stars without boarding in them. Hope this helps
