The plastic piece used to tighten the liner's laces broke the instant I tried them on. I can be a little Neanderthal-ish when tightening snowboard boots and I'm accustomed to my boots being able to take it but this weak plastic piece was doomed to fail. On the other hand, the support at Dogfunk is unmatched and my return and subsequent ordering of a superior boot was stress free.
