Description

Value and performance meet in the VXN.

Ride built the Women's VXN Snowboard Bindings with your feet and ankles in mind. Ride gave the VXNs lower highbacks with more flare up top than you find on men's binders to accommodate your female shape. EVA landing pads on the baseplate make landing jumps a bit less jarring. Padded ankle straps fit your women's boots so you don't get pressure points, and the toe strap goes over or across your toes—you pick.

Good basic binding..

These bindings are solid. Good intro binding. Yes the Metal frame is heavier than most other brands or models that are plastic, but I've had these going into 4 seasons (60+ days each season) now and only now the binding straps are wearing out (the padding is kind of falling apart). Very responsive. I agree that the straps do sometimes feel like they stick and don't come out as smoothly as other bindings I've used, but its not like you get trapped in them and can't get out.

Will Burton Mint size 7 boots fit the small bindings?

Responded on

A size 7 boot is on the edge of small and medium. The photo is of Rides sizing chart. I wear a mens 11 boot which is on the edge for the medium/large. I went with the bigger size. the boot has less over hang and fits in the bindings better. if you can test fit your boot at a local that shop that would be best. hope this helps. cheers.

Are these bindings compatible with rossignol boards?

Responded on

Yes they are. When you get them they come with an easy set up guide to help you mount them to your board.

Read this.

I bought, these not too bad, first binding I bought on my own, pretty good choice, the toe - strap, is nice. Personally, I wish I would have bought the more exspensive VXN's its worth the money, trust me. Otherwise, these aren't too bad compared to other bindings I have had. RIDE makes really GOOD BINDINGS though, BURTON also has nice bindings.

Yes. But only the 3 hole pattern, not burton's ICS mounting system.

Meh

First pair of bindings, so I can't compare too much to others, I have the 07s, and still riding them.
From day one, though, they have always been a little sticky to unstrap from, it gets kind of annoying. They haven't broken, but I always put the back down while riding the lifts.. Adequate binding, I hear Rides are (in general) very heavy because they are metal, so I probably wouldn't go with a Ride binding again. But they're not bad.
