The Rome Anthem Snowboard is a freeride powerhouse designed to lay serious trenches on groomers, dissect steep chutes, and fly down the mountain at blistering speeds. This stiff directional deck offers Rome's Stay Positive camber, which is tried-and-true traditional camber for powerful purists looking to maximize the response and snap of their snowboard. The board's AirPop Core Matrix blends poplar within five zones of low-density wood for an ultra-light, high-performance ride. Offering a powerful feel with precise edge hold, the Anthem's StraightTriax 45 Laminate makes the board torsionally rigid to prevent squirreliness at high speeds.
Reinforced with two milled-out barrels of carbon running to the tip and tail, the Anthem's Carbon Double Barrel TurboRods deliver insane amounts of pop and extra landing gear for stomping huge cliffs and natural features in the backcountry. Add in a two-inch strip of Zylon (Z-Tech 2.0) down the center of the board for excellent dampening on rutted-out snow and bumpy terrain. Zylon is a material that's lighter, stronger, and snappier than carbon (hard to believe, right?), giving you maximum control for high-speed riding and big-mountain lines.

The Anthem is the best of what I call a traditional snowboard. It is a lightweight and powerful cambered board. If you are looking to rip down steep lines and leave your friends behind, then this is the board for you. It is a hard charging machine that eats up everything it its path. It can also be very nimble when you need it to be and make quick turns in tight spots. Overall, the Anthem is an outstanding all mountain snowboard.
