When I got this board I was stoked because of the review hah! how lame was I first day two huge core shots I brought it to rome they gave me a new one two weeks just free riding side wall is like falling off.

The Rome Artifact once again has blown my mind...third year in a row riding one...got mine 2 weeks ago from the mid west rep and rode in a rail jam in Milwaukee...so much pop and it slides so smoothly, even with fresh edges...def. buy one if you get the chance...

Yeah, i bought the Artifact thinkin, poop, this board is hella soft. so i used it on rails a bunch, and within 3 weeks, i snapped it on a down-flat-down.
If i were you, i wouldn't trust this board on street rails. not only that, but the crew at Rome were not helpful about returning the board.
Change me.
