Rossignol Jibsaw Magtek Snowboard - 2011

If you're wondering why snowboarding isn't sticking to it's skateboard-inspired roots of disturbing graphics that encourage you to bloody yourself, then we have the solution. Like you, we despise cutesy graphics as much as we love the new-age technology that makes riding more fun, so we're proud to present to you the blood-soaked Rossignol Jibsaw Magtek Snowboard.

  • Amptek Freestyle profile features traditional camber with the addition of rocker at the tip and tail for quicker turns and a catch-free ride
  • Carbon and KEVLAR® added to the wood core add stability and pop to hold at high speeds and help you ollie over the broken kids that can't hang
  • Magne-traction serrated edges cut through hard approaches, landings, and pipe walls easier than a machete through a zombie's decomposed arm

Bottom Line: Old-school offensive with new-school rideability.

Great

The jibsaw is a great park specific snowboard. The board has 40% rocker, which is placed at the feet, with traditional camber in the center, which allows the board to flex at the tips of the board. This combined with soft flex and flat zones in the tips makes the board perfect for pressy rails and great butters. On top of everything, this board has magnetraction, making it carve on different terrain amazingly well. Great specs, sick graphics, this board altogether is one of the best freestyle decks I've ever seen.

JibSaw

ight yall so this is probably gona be one of the best all around boards your gona find on the market...this board is awesome on jumps because of the stiffness with stiffness you would think this board doesnt do well on jibs or being "buttery" in a whole but thats wrong with this board it has early rise in the tip and tail so when you shift your weight and get on the tip or tail its butter madness all day whenever you want it....also another great thing about this board is that the edge to edge control on it is amazing it does what you want when you want it riding threw the pipe off a lip or 270d onto a box or rail also the rad this is that this board murders pow like no other sooo if your looking for an amazing board in every part of snowboarding this is the one to buy today!

Awesome All Around Board

By:
December 9, 2011

I just got to set up my board for this season. Riding the Rossi Jibsaw with Rossi Cuda V2 bindings in the pink/white/blue. The colors for the bindings and the board match perfectly. The board has a good amount of flex so far (only hopping around the house a bit). Surely more flex than any board I have had before so I am eager to see how it is out on the mountain on some boxes and rails. The board feels super easy to butter or press on anything; the tail and nose just lift right up with minimal effort. I can 100% already say the Magnetraction edges are beyond amazing! Awesome graphics for this board, surely giving it a very unique attitude to look for out on the mountain. I can't wait to get out on the mountain and see how she really works.

SOLID

By:
October 19, 2011

this is one of the better freestyle boards i have ever ridden. the amptek is mellow, it stayed stable at high speeds which was a plus for me. relatively soft, but snappy as hell and can take chunder without buckling. overall a really solid, snappy board that works well in a variety of conditions. dope graphics too!
