Rossignol designed the Taipan Snowboard to do everything well, so you don't have to worry about which board to ride today or what kind of terrain you'll be hitting. Rossignol's Amptek profile has become legendary for its amazing combination of pop, playfulness, and power. Together with the Taipan's medium stiffness, there is no terrain or snow condition that you can't conquer.
- Amptek All-Mountain Rocker features camber between the feet (60%) and rocker at the tip and tail (40%) for flotation and playfulness combined with pop and tons of edge control
- Glass fiber construction offers a stiff, lightweight ride and bombproof durability
- Wood 6420 Core crafted from a single type of wood that's vertically laminated for lightweight durability
- Directional twin shape for high-speed stability, predictable turns, and easy switch riding
- Sintered 4400 base is super-fast and durable
- Directional flex is stiff under the rear binding and back, softer under the front binding and forward for easy turn initiation and tons of edge control
