Description

Your ally in all-mountain self-expression.

Roxy team pro Kjersti Buass calls the Roxy Women’s Ally BTX Snowboard her 'creative outlet' and you just may find this all-mountain freestyle board taking you places you've never been, too. The Ally's BTX technology gives you a rockered midsection that flattens out under the feet with stiffer flex at the nose and tail for better float and powder and more stable landings. And you get to enjoy this freestyle feel without worrying about rocker washout thanks to the patented Magnetraction edges, which deliver grip and control on hard-packed surfaces.

  • Banana Tech profile features a rockered platform between the feet and flat sections towards the ends, combining the turnability of rocker with full edge contact for better control
  • Magnetraction edges creates multiple contact points along the edges for optimum edge control and traction in harder snowpack
  • Light Alloy Core is 10% lighter for extra maneuverability
  • Directional Twin shape rides twin between the contact points but features a longer nose for better float in pow or choppy snow
  • Bio Plastic Beans topsheet is made from naturally-derived, renewable castor beans, which happen to make it crazy-strong, too
  • TNT base is made from a secret formula that makes it super-fast and durable
  • 151cm and 154cm versions feature wider waist widths (and wider stance options), because most of us don't have have Cinderella-sized feet
  • Created at the Mervin factory in the USA using every green, eco-conscious material and method possible
  • Graphics dreamed up by team rider Kjersti Buaas are sublimated, eliminating the need for toxic clear coats

Would it matter if I'm a goofy foot? In the specs it says something about a longer nose?

Nose stays the same, you just set your bindings facing the other direction.
