Description

The Ollie just wants to go out and play.

Park pro Erin Comstock stepped in and worked with Roxy's design team to craft the Women's Ollie Pop C2 BTX Snowboard, and their hard work paid off: the Ollie Pop won a 2010 Good Wood award from Transworld Snowboarding. The board's podium-worthy features make it a clear choice, and the fact that it was produced in the most eco-friendly, sustainable means possible just makes the ride feel even sweeter.
  • High-tech Harmonic Twin -O-Pop shape blends a true twin shape with harmonizing sidecut and flex, resulting in a smooth turn arc without sacrificing pop
  • C2 BTX design blends Banana Technology, Magnetraction, and C2 Power Banana to create a poppy, smooth, ride that feels stable even at top speed
  • Envi alloy core blends sustainable Envi timber with an EAP timber core for a lightweight, smooth ride
  • TNT base lets you break the speed limit (If patrol can't catch you, did you really do anything wrong?)
  • Park-oriented Quasi-isotropic Fiberglass strengthens the board and facilitates maximum pop and control
  • Roxy's U.S.-based production facility minimizes waste and scary chemicals (and even makes the boards' topsheets out of bioplastic from beans)

Is this board good in park and free riding? Is it flexible but still good to ride on powder days?

not bad

it was easier to turn because of the banana traction, although i found it hard to get used to because of the shape i found it not as fast, but it has been good so far

Love at first ride

I had the 2007 Ollie pop and so I already knew I trusted the roxy brand. I was excited and nervous to try the new technology of the 2011, but even on the first run I loved this board! It was flexible enough for some fun buttering but also held up for some fast runs and runs through the trees. I'm very happy with this board and I will probably always ride the Ollie pop until the end. :-)

Roxy is made by Mervin who also manufactures Lib Tech and GNU, so I would say definitely trust Mervin's tech :)
