Love this dress! I fell for it after seeing it on the Roxy.com site, and finally bought it when it went on sale here! I'm 5'4", 115lbs, and an xs fits perfectly! The cut of the dress is flattering on almost everyone, and it cinches around your true waist (not empire!), which is great. The ruffle is subtle and just looks feminine, not busy (this was the first ruffled piece of clothing I bought). I highly recommend this dress! The fabric looks more expensive than it is, and it can easily be dressed up or down.
