These pants have 1% stretch to them and are a really soft brushed canvas, so they will stretch out a little bit. I would try the 32.

This is a great short,with a very soft hand.it does have added stretch so they are perfect for skating or just comfy enought to hang out it. The bottom does have a stay stitch hem, so the cut offs wont keep getting shorter they will stay 19".All the colors look great with any outfit dress them up with a great button up or down with a super soft RVCA tee
