Lightweight jibstick for expert and progressing freestylers alike.

A soft flex, lightweight core, and twin shape mean the Salomon Drift Snowboard lives for butters, hits, and jibs. The soft flex gives you lots of feel for nose presses and sliding rails, Royal Rubber sidewalls absorb shock and dampen the ride, and an aspen core keeps swing weight low. The kinked Equalizer sidecut spreads pressure over the entire edge when you turn for catch-free, effortless turns in and out of the park.

Drift Fits the Name

I got to ride this board on a killer park day at Park City Mountain Resort in Park City, Utah. Overall, I thought this board was an awesome model from Salomon for this year. I usually demo a wide variety of boards and this one has been one of my favorites aside from the Lib Tech Skate Banana. I wanted to check out this board because it has a different version of the Lib Tech Magnetraction technology. The only thing is, I feel like it does not work as good. Underfoot I felt a little out of control like the edge was not going to catch my weight or hold on a turn. Still works great but just a bit uneasy. Other than that, I had total control on rails, stomped landings on booters, and just had a great time slashin' the spring slush around! Before I would actually but this board, I would of had to try it on multiple conditions, but if you are getting it for specifically park....BUY IT!!!
