Salomon Ivy Snowboard - Women's - 2006

The Salomon Women's Ivy Snowboard is the go-to board for team rider Annie Boulanger when she wants the ultimate performance. Using ERA construction, Salomon was able to give the Ivy a soft torsional flex for freestyle maneuverability while maintaining a constant tip-to-tail flex. With an Isocell wood core and P-Tex 4000 sintered base, this ride is very fast and extremely light—making big step ups a breeze. Aggressive park and pipe riders will fall in love with the Ivy after one run, just like all the Salomon women riders have.

Bottom Line: When the Ivy grows on you, you can't help but love it.

Best Board Ever!

I just started riding this years Salomon Ivy and it is one of the BEST boards I have ever be on. Fast from edge to edge, super responsive and floats in the powder. It is a girls dream ride! It is a must for a girl that can ride!

Construction

Be wary of the Ivy- I owned last year's model and it delaminated after riding it on the mtn. 6 times. Since most of my boards last me about 100 days on the hill I knew it was faulty construction and sent it in to the manfacturer. After a sorry explanation they returned it to me. My friend owned the same board and it also delaminated but after 10 days on the hill. They however sent her a new deck. I will never purchase another Salomon deck again. EVER.
