Salomon Snowboards Kiana Lace Boot - Women's - 2011

Park rats like Salomon team rider Desiree Melancon need plenty of flex from their boots, which is why she wears the Women’s Kiana Snowboard Boot. The boot’s Reflex cuff is constructed to flex independently of the boot to give her—and you—smooth, natural movement whether she’s throwing down a new trick or hiking back to the top of the pipe. The Kiana’s new Zero G outsole’s injected EVA structure and forefoot energy pods absorb hard shocks, yet aren’t so mushy that you lose contact with the board.

Bottom Line: For girls who living in the park.

I have a pair of Salomon Kiana lace boots for women: size 7.5

I have a pair of Salomon Kiana lace boots for women: size 7.5 and I love-love them!! My only dilemma with these boots is replacing the laces. A cute little devil puppy chewed my inner laces all to heck! Can anyone tell me where I can get new laces for these? All I've come up with is Powerlace Pro, which hasn't brought me to a solution of new laces yet.

did you ever find out how to replace the laces? My top quick-lock laces are down to threads.

Comfy boot for duck feet

These boots were comfy from the word go. I spent over two hours in the store trying on millions of brands of boots and funnily enough these were the first pair I tried on and they were the last I walked out with. My first three weekends snowboarding I rented Salomons and out of all the brands (Burton, K2, bla bla bla) Salomon have always been comfy, even in rental boots! So it's no surprise here that these were super comfy. The fur on the inside of the liner spoils me a little too. With my K2 Haven's I could not get rid of pain across the widest part my foot and even on the first day riding these Kianas there was so much less pain than with my Haven's. Now that i'm breaking them in they're only getting better. Thank you Salomon
