Description

A whimsical canvas boat shoe.

Boat shoes no longer equal old men and preppy kids who use too much cologne. The Sanuk Abbey Shoe carries a sense of whimsy aboard while keep your sea legs steady. Two-toned heathered canvas and printed fabric lining send a suggestive wink to the deck hand, and the Aegis antimicrobial treatment prevents foot stink from ruining the mood. Lacing detail lets you tighten up the top when seas get choppy or you need to hustle down the boardwalk. The Happy U sponge rubber sole flexes if you need to be on your tippy-toes and provides traction when the ground below is slick from ocean spray. This casual loafer kicks back when you're wearing cut-offs, but knows how to behave when you've donned a linen shirt-dress for dinner with the in-laws.

  • Two-toned heathered textile
  • Molded EVA footbed
  • Aegis treatment, antimicrobial
  • Happy-U sponge rubber sole

Tied the knot!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought these in a size 8 and in the brick color. These are very comfortable slip ons! I would defiantly say these are more of a sandal than a shoe. The sole is squishy but I don't find that it has a lot of arch support. They are true to size, however they will loosen up the more you wear them. I'd say about a half size larger.

My wife loves them

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift
  • Fit: True to size

These are a great simple slip-ons. The comfort Sanuk puts in these is something that my wife can't get enough of. She wears them out on the town, and around the house.
