Anyone know about half-sizes on these things? I wear a 9.5 in everything, but have a pair of sidewalk surfers in a 9. Just didn't know if these fit differently since they're more of a shoe. thanks

Nope. No Half sizes. Go with the 9. They'll fit like your sidewalk surfers.
